Forest Bathing- ever heard of it?

Seems the Japanese have cottoned on to something most on here could have told them for free. They call it shinrin-yoku or forest bathing.

Seemingly, being in the woods makes you feel better! Whoda thought, eh?

I was expecting a hot bath in the woods. Which is very relaxing by the way especially when its cold, highly recommended.

Haha thats what I was expecting as well! That seems pretty random to give such a name to what is essentially a stroll in the woods.. INteresting concept though, and looking at the science behind it too..

They do it in Hyde park all the time. Usually around midnight. Allegedly.
