Last weekend we had a cooking focused weekend with a few friends.
Here's some photos of of the roast dinner we did.
one chicken cooked in the dutch oven, another on a spit using a tin foil/ hazel frame reflector oven.
Roast spuds, carrots and parsnips, pan fried sugar snap peas and gravy.
Just to complete the menu, we had mushrooms and blue cheese for starters and apple cobbler and custard for dessert.
