I've been playing with my SAK farmer for a few weeks now and I'm still really impressed with it. It even cuts well despite the fact it seems to end up blunter after I sharpen it sometimes
Indeed it is currently a sharpening project and I'll most likely kill the blade at some point but I'm not going to get any better without regularly using a knife which I'm sharpening.
For me it is a great pocket knife for bushcrafty projects for several reasons:
Does anyone know of any reasonable price knives that would fit the bill?
I know that the moras are regularly recommended as good starter knives but a fixed blade is not something which is practical for me (and no doubt many others) on a regular basis. As such I was wondering if we could design/find/recommend a bushcraft multiblade knife.
The awl and saw let me take on (and hopefully succeed) projects like whistles and avoid nasty jobs such as batoning.
Hopefully I've made myself clear

- Saw
- Nice Big Blade
- Awl at the end not middle
- Solid Handles
- Non-threatening appearance
