Been looking for this combination of blade, saw and awl.Victorinox German Army Knife (GAK) would be my suggestion.
there seem indeed several makers for them, the one i got issued was brandnew and made by victorinox-- which meant it sadly got lost as soon as i found outDon't whatever you do get the Miltec version, not all GAKs are alike.

There's a few videos on them on YT. I have one of these, decent little package. The saw seems at effective as a SAK one, if not better.I used to carry the Mercury every day. Now it lives in my truck as a back up. Lovely little tool.
