Finally....pictures of my first knife

hi...my first knife....yes it's lopsided on purpose...felt comfortable so left it there....needs a final polish....but as i'm awaiting new polishing machine and the sun finally came out today i thought i'd get some pictures taken.

mammoth blades bushman, buffalo horn, pewter and black liners, mosaic pins, brass lanyard. had to make a larger sheath for it too as i left the handle leading edge chunky for extra thumb purchase.

what an ordeal....glue everywhere....worrying i'm gonna crack the handle....the sanding!!!!!!!!!!! total respect to knife makers!!!!

Excellent job. A lobsided knife is more comfortable in the hand.

hi....worked on it most nights for a week or so....a ten quid bench grinder and a whole load of sandpaper....if i win the lottery....first thing i'm gonna buy me is a linisher lol!
