A long time ago I acquired a CRKT Neck Peck as a back up knife, it being the smallest usable fixed blade I could then find.
After a few times out I started to forget to pack it and it ended up as a drawer queen, unloved and forgotten about.
However it resurfaced today and I re-evaluated it and decided to give it another go, as a back up / fine point for messing about in the woods and as a general purpose bag opener for the light weight kit I am poncing about building up.
One thing had always bugged me about it, the ridiculously over large multi purpose sheath so I took a bone saw and scalpel to it and took it down to this
It now weighs in, with cord at 34g or 1.2 oz in real money.
OK you couldn't batton with it but as a back up for opening those pesky armoured boil in the bags it will do me nicely!

It would seem they have stopped making them now but there seem to be plenty around still, they go for about US$18 now.
