No sign of a fig around these parts, but it'll be walnuts galore in three or four weeks; looks like we'll have a bumper crop this time. Maybe that'll make up for the lack of much else bumper, it's been a poor time

Aldi's 'Foodie' range includes a dried date/fig/walnut mix which I particularly like stirred into my morning camp-prridge.
