I was reading the Daily Mail yesterday and they featured an artist who makes horses and other animals from Drifttwood she collects from the beaches..... superb sculptures.

I just thought other people might like to see them as well so here's the article.

I saw these and thought they were magnificent, even though i'm not a 'horsey' person, however, my Mrs, who is a horsey person, thought they were awful! Go figure:rolleyes:

There used to be similar sculptures at the Eden Project - a horse, and some pigs - wonderful sculptures which, I presume were by the same artist.
She must have scavenged a huge amount of wood to get enough of the right shapes - my pile of driftwood looks like err, a pile of driftwood!
