Very different feeling to traditional knife.
I found in "tool supermarket", wood saw blade 2.5mm for electric saw 3$.
Looks like High speed steel.
Relaxed in home cooking grill, and make profile.
Was hard to work, but good blade with flex.
Blade looks a little bit modern for "vintage" handle, but very good cutting performances. I just used what i have found, nothing special.
