Cherry wood eating spoon.

That's cherry, huh? The figure and color in the wood makes the piece simply interesting to look at. . .both sides.
I do appreciate the tool marks in the handle, that says "hand made.
 
I cut a cherry tree down a few weeks ago, & have the logs on my drive. If anyone in the Lincolnshire area would like a cherry(or Holly) log to try carving let me know. I've said Lincolnshire because they will need collecting.....

Grand wee spoon and lovely wood. Pity Lincolnshire isn't next door to Midlothian as I'd consider murder for some of yon Holly wood. 'Tis my wee girl's name after all...
