Cherry wood eating spoon.

I think this is a little beaut even if I say so myself! I sanded the bowl but not the handle. Coated in beeswax/walnut oil balm.

That's cherry, huh? The figure and color in the wood makes the piece simply interesting to look at. . .both sides.
I do appreciate the tool marks in the handle, that says "hand made.

I cut a cherry tree down a few weeks ago, & have the logs on my drive. If anyone in the Lincolnshire area would like a cherry(or Holly) log to try carving let me know. I've said Lincolnshire because they will need collecting.....
