Bushcraft course

Hello all, we are looking to do a bushcraft course next year, preferably in Scotland . We have lots to choose from so are looking for some recommendation from those that have had first hand experience. Also I see woodlore do a course in Scotland , is it worth the extra money to do a course with them,

The woodlore one in Scotland is the fundamental but with a leaning towards preparing to do the journeyman as its on same estate.
If I had the time money and agreement from other half id do that one and possibly piggyback journeyman onto it.

Wilderness survival skills, ,woodsmoke, woodland ways, backwoods survival and frontier bushcraft are all excellent companies to consider as well

Like the other schools you need to get the foundation course under your belt before you can do the more advanced ones....or just the more out of the way back of beyond ones.

I can highly recommend this one, our Scouts had a great day with Patrick learning various skills.

Would certainly recommend Wilderness Survival Skills with Joe O Leary, a class act to follow and well worth the money. They are based in a very large woodland just outside Salisbury
