Suggestions for group activity 2/3 days

Hi all, looking for activity or course suggestions for 5 blokes, 2/3 days, camping on site if possible.
Last year we went and did a 3 day bushcraft course in North Yorkshire and loved it, looking for suggestions for something similar this summer.
axe/knife making ? Bow making ? Green woodworking etc
5 blokes, mixture of experience, bushcraft related activities, camp on site, evenings round a campfire if possible, few beers (nothing crazy), Yorkshire area. Any suggestions please ?
