Best commercial Steel for use with flint.

Hi folks
who makes the best (throws the most, biggest, easiest sparks) commercial striking steel for use with a flint, ideally in a British 18th Century/ Colonial style?

It's to go in a 3.5" diameter tin.

loads of people make them just have a look around,
think there all pretty much the same, probably the harder tempers being the best.
its probably more down to technique.
