As a french I read a lot here, but post a few.... Here are some pics from a 3 days out in my place , Cantal, center of France, a very lonely place of mid mountains, 1000-1500m. I share these pics, because with us was Jean, a professional photographer, and it could be seen that these pics are not mine
The "BAB", for "Beating Around the Bush" ( a french joke melting bushcraft and ACDC), is a trip I organised for the first time this year, gathering more or less 20 members of a french knife forum (www.neoczen.org), all intersted in going out during winter, for the first time even.
The weather was perfect, with snow on the ground, and in the air, and nights wit -15°C. I would not comment the pics, just share, but if you have questions...
The pics is more or less the story of the trip lived by Jean, from his home, to the wilderness... As you will see for most people it was the first night under a "tarp"..... Not all the constructions were... nice?. Sorry, pics are heavy, and lots of knives pics!
