I don't have one..;) 'Wicca' is a joke between people I know who often read this forum ( non members.) They never let me forget a certain apoplectic 'important person' calling me by that name. I do not follow the Wiccan belief at all, it's just the worst, damning thing he could think of to call me at the time...much to the glee of my oppos at the time..:lmao:

It's a lovely thread, brilliant to hear everyones reasons :) Mine is a rushed picture of a turbocharger through glass at Duxford, I just banged it off then realised later I was reflected in a kinda overlay, i thought it was cute with a forum name I inhereted from a Volvo forum years ago :)

Taken on Dartmoor with the remains of an animals pelvis. Freaks my sister out, she says it reminds her of Donny Darko :)

A few years ago I had a bad case of bronchitis but decided to go on a ski trip anyway. On one of my many rest stops to catch my breath I crawled into a concrete culvert on a hydro line to get out of the wind and lit a fire and took the avatar pic.

Mine was taken exiting a river crossing in the hills of Turkey somewhere about 5 years ago!
Just glad the horse could still swim with me on his back!

Mine started a few years back when I brought a motorcycle to learn on and found it had a Owners forum . (my first exsperiance with forums)
From there I went to a meet and decided to get my avartar made into decals for the bike so That it would be easy to put a face to the forum member .

It then became MY AVARTAR and I used it online alot soundcloud , facebook , youtube , google+ . Have all at one time or another had this picture .
Then a freind of mine who is a singer song writer guitar playing genius worked with another freind who Mc's . To imortalized myself and my conection to zombies in a song .

I went to art college for 3 years [well spent three years in the pub] and I find it ironic the best picture I ever created was in primary school - and it's kinda brown greeny bluey and outdoorsy so...

[It's an impressionistic flower in a vase - was trying to be Monet-esque]

Mine is me in a blanket hoodie and bunnet I made from a Dutch army blanket ... so people know who I am and what I look like and what I like doing!

Created during a 2 weeks artistic phase where I also made the London Pub Meet Group logo of a hammock hanging in Tower Bridge.

It's based on a legend that the Swallow got the fork in it's tail by carrying the sun to the earth, presumably inspired by Swallows turning up with the sunny season.

That's more aspirational than anything else as I usually have a look on my face like someone who has a burnt tail rather than someone who is bringing the sunny season.

It's my company logo now. My specialist species is the adder and there's nowhere more than I love to study snakes than in my native country. It pays the bills too. So what started off as just an avatar, is now on my stationary, business cards, kit, equipment and reports.

It has changed over the years though. Used to be this...

And thanks to our own Trunks re-designing it for my knife bolsters...
