Archery equipment. Hello just dipping my toe in the bath to see if anyone has a bow press they might move on. Also if anyone has got any suggestions and experience with them then, as ever, I am all ears.. I just want a cheapish one to change my compound cables once every blue moon. Cheers mi dears x

Hi Dale,
You need to specify the type of bow limbs you are pressing. If it's a beyond parallel bow then you'll need to invest more than say for a Hoyt made in 2000.

ps have you got the limb brackets also? They dont come with that one which is a bit odd I find. x

Yeah, the j-bracket of the bowmaster should do fine. If not it’s designed the fit behind the cam in the V of the limb but you need to be careful and gentle when pressing.

Mine didn't come with any, but i didn't need them. 90% of bows dont. Also got a bow (PSE Carroll Intruder) and 6 carbon arrows with Nap Thunderhead broadheads available too.

Thats how i had to do mine. In the groove just in front of the cams. Worked fine though.
