I have looked through my limited amount of Plant books and can't find any of these.
I have had a guess at a few but thats it a guess!

Can't help with all of them Greg but I'd guess Greater Burdock second from top (spiky flowers like thistles would confirm) and probably Bugle as the one below, Red Hemp nettle below that then water mint.

Can't make out top or bottom sorry

Top one looks like a mustard of some sort, next is burdock (cut a stem in half, if its hollow its lesser burdock, if its solid its greater), I would agree with you on the next being self heal and the next being hemp nettle. Not sure on the next or the last one, its a bit too fuzzy. Does look a bit like water pepper though..??

I'd also agree with the self heal. Does the possible water mint smell minty and is it growing in a damp/wet area, if so it's very likely to be water mint?

Actually I don't think the possible water mint is water mint. Water mint tends to flower only at the top of the stem and the leaves are less pointy.
