I have in my possession a number (16 left) of new aluminium SCREWGATE karabiners.
These retail at about £7.00 each
If anyone wants to do a swap /trade

They are not Screwgate ! Known as twistlok or kwiklok.

Yes, they look like they're properly rated

I've got some Amsteel (Dyneema D12, 4mm I think) - will measure it and see.

Sorry they are TWISTGATE , selling some steel SCREWGATE on evil bay and got mixed up.

Bushcafter 99 - yes they are rated for fall arrest so will be excellent for climbing/ hammocking .

Spandit -I'm after enough to do 2 x whoopies and a hammock ridgeline but won't 4mm be to much ?

Dyneema is overkill for a ridgeline or are you making a structural one?

4mm is easier to splice
