I agreed to make a pair of knives for harryF3 over on BB as requested HERE so here they are.

I have shown shots of them but I have now finished inluding the sheaths.

Mattson blades masur birch and wenge buffalo horn and brass.

The sheaths are wet formed halftanned leather
I hope aris likes them.

Those are insane! They are gor-ge-ous! I don't even aspire to ever being able to do that. Wow. I'm almost speechless. I don't think I could bring myself to ever use them or take them outside. I'd have them mounted in a glass fronted box on display.

Great combination of materials, nice traditional scandi design,superb crisp fit at the bolsters.
They tick all of my boxes!!

Nice one Brancho, those are lovely knives and the sheaths deserve a mention too, top job, and very consistent work too i might add :)

You may not know this, but when it comes to knives, everyone on this website has, buried deep within his/her brain a "want it" gland, and now I have a headache because my "want it" gland is so over-active.

I was waiting for these pictures on BB, missed that they were here. You have made a wonderful work on this commission, the knives are stunning!
