I meant to do this sooner, here's the detail of the stuff that was in my FAK demo:
Ouch Pouch:
Otterbox 1000 or Peli Micro-case (small)

Elastoplasts, Imodium tabs, water-purification tabs, anti-histamine tabs, aspirin or paracetamol tabs, any other personal meds as required, all from your local pharmacy or supermarket.
The otterbox or micro-case is small and easily carried and will protect the contents.
This is your everyday use kit, you should be in and out of it most weeks so you can keep an eye on use-by dates, etc.
Also a good place for a tick-removal tool and is best kept with your other 'hygiene' kit (anti-bacterial wipes, sunblock, etc).
FAK bag:
XXS Exped or Ortlieb type drybag

SAM splint

Emergency care bandage

Triangular bandage (carry a minimum of 3 of them)

Crepe bandage

Heatsheet blanket

I advised not to use the FAK bag for anything other than emergency/trauma kit - you should only open this bag for a serious casualty, your ouch-pouch is for all minor ailments.
The kit I used in the first demo was:
Fallkniven F1 (convex grind)
Enzo Trapper D2 (Scandi grind)
Mora Companion
Fallkniven DC521 sharpening stone (quite expensive, the smaller ones are much cheaper)

Hope that is useful and thanks for the feedback, I had a good crowd to work with and I'm happy that everyone took something from it
