Hi All
Got a woodland you want some water from? Whilst I don't think you'd want to drink straight from the source, you may be able to boil it up, or wash in it.
Used once, a manual 13m well drilling kit (used to bore a well in thick clay in deepest sussex), so preloved. Still in very good condition, I would recommend replacing a few of the bolts as they seem one use only, but "bore up" "well" to 5.5m depth.
We lined with 150mm (4") PVC ventilation pipe to make the the well casing, back filled with gravel, sand and clay.
£75 - Happy to deliver free to the moot. Not sure of postage, it's pretty big. Located in Essex if you're local. Going for about £150-£250 on ebay/amazon.
No requirements to get a licence as far as we could ascertain 13m or less or extracting less than 2,000 litres a day.
