good service

hi all i would just like to talk about the good service i received from andy at the bushcraft store a
month ago they had a sale on 5.11 trousers i ordered a size 42 waist a size 40 were sent as they had no 42s in stock ,they did not fit so i sent them back for a refund in between time andy had found me a pair of 42s for me and sent them to me plus a refund of my postage .such service deserves a mention on this forum as its not often that we do only if it is bad so thank you andy and the staff of the bushcraft store regards dave
