This - absolute bargain.
I was concerned that the paperback version was going to be lesser quality and smaller but its full A4 and FULL of colour prints. Excellent value - going to enjoy digesting it this weekend.

I got a middle aisle special, one of the Aldi hammocks just on sale - not taken it out of its packaging just yet, but according to the package instructions it includes a net, straps and tarp, looks promising, and for less than what have paid for a round of drinks down the pub.

Lots of goodies today with my monthly trip into the nearest town. A good rechargeable battery bank, reduced to £15 in morrisons.
A new fire blanket, to go with my fite extinguisher, only a metre square, but useful and nessasary in the kitchen.
Over £30 worth of plants for my bee garden, and hanging baskets,
a new outdoor thermometer and another lightweight watering can, from the garden centre, and another rat snap trap....
.(yes, they are back! Got 3 last night! Mom and two babies.)
Silcock key,
A 5 ltre drybag ,
small foldable, and lightweight firepit/bbq,
rigid 10litre water container with tap, and a large bag of marmite crisps..... my favorite flavour. Not available where I live.
Plus my monthly g/f food shop. Phew! My card is wilting, And so am I!

Come back from the car boot.

Amid other things I have a couple of Ali plates divided into 3. one half and two quarters.

And a Tower brand kettle, the old fashioned type but with one advantage over many others; the handle is rigid but it folds down.

Also a can of gas. Thats half my summer fuel for £1

Tengu..don't hit me!!!
5 meters of 60 cm wide wool fabric. (£10)
I'm jumping with glee.
I have dreams of a full length, very full skirted medievil style kirtle. Perfick!
Now I just need the linnen for the under kirtle. I can now afford to buy some good linnen, as I got the wool fabric so cheaply.
