I love the French and Italian knife shops. It used to be almost every town had one, I hope that’s still the case?

It’s a classic, your purchase, so French. And authentic saucisson to cut too :notworthy2:
I saw a few knife shops last time i was there a few years ago and in small towns. Was always interested in flick knives. Not got one but I do like them x

15 litre cool bag to replace the rubbish Sea To Summit 12.5 litre. So handy for my shopping and keeping stuff cold in the camper while the fridge is getting itself cooled down.

Top tip for anyone. Rather than the hard blue plastic gel packs that can be awkward to pack, these Tourit ones are brilliant. Can even mould them round a bottle prior to freezing. They slip between food and form a bottom, sides and top way better than the moulded plastic ones.

Those blue ones are crap. Think I’ll give these a try, thanks.

They come empty with the granules inside. Supplied is a funnel and instructions on exact amount of water to add. There are a couple of reviews where people say they’ve ended up with lumps, so I filled about 2/3 and quickly squished it all about before topping off. Dependent on conditions and how many you use, the 24-48hr claims are about right, I reckon you could get a 2 or 3 nighter out of them in a half decent coolbag as long as everything is cold to start with.
