I did.

Given I pack everything in drybags anyway i was looking to save some weight and came up with this:

It is very comfy.

Nice job Mike, the frame looks like the ones we used to use to lug stretchers around what was it a part of previously?
 
Comfy. Given its a framed pack the centre of gravity is different. The straps are simple and as yet there's no sternum strap. Something I'll probably add.

Alice pack strap it with vertical straps, I am much in admiration of the alice system since finding it a month ago. No sternum strap needed and no split shoulders. Sometimes I can only believe equipment has gone backwards
