I did.

Given I pack everything in drybags anyway i was looking to save some weight and came up with this:

And filled with assorted drybags of random gear

It is very comfy.

A karrimor rucksack. The frame was gifted to me.

The netting is dyneema so could easily be repurposed to be a fishing net or hammock seat.

Didn't have much choice on colour it was either yellow or orange 50m spools of Stein throw rope.

You could always chuck a bergan cover over it.

Not been for more than a wander around the house with it. No problems so far But the big compression strap in the middle is to mitigate that.

Comfy. Given its a framed pack the centre of gravity is different. The straps are simple and as yet there's no sternum strap. Something I'll probably add.

Alice pack strap it with vertical straps, I am much in admiration of the alice system since finding it a month ago. No sternum strap needed and no split shoulders. Sometimes I can only believe equipment has gone backwards

oh, my mistake, it's not all packs, but some of these alice systems have a packand frame you can attach, I did alice webbing to find it, but DON'T Google it under any circumstances, I will not be held responsible.
