I was just about to place an order for a 24" raker tooth blade for my folding saw project and came across the peg tooth blade. Any ideas which would be best for an all rounder? It's main use will be firewood prep so I'm leaning towards the peg tooth as its for dry wood.

I'm after a hardwood blade for my review of a member - made couple of saws......this green blade is fine but a close tooth blade will be better. Is that what you mean by peg ? Not heard the term peg and raker before .
Guessing this one is a raker ?
