Antler engraving

I have had the oportunity to learn antler engraving recently, and I am planning to do this on my future knives. I thought I´d show you some examples of my engraving work so far.

Size ~3mm in diameter

Size ~17mm in diameter

Size ~45mm lenght

Thanks! Well, basically it´s all about cutting into the antler with a 1mm wide edge engravingtool and the fill it with oil paint. The bigger pendants take about 6-8 hours to engrave.
