Where do you guys get this in the UK ?I could have sworn I saw some on Amazon but its not there now!

Hmm I saw that Paul and was going to press buy it now and that very question popped into my head ,so I need something I can splice?

Well it depends on what you want to do with it mate. I use 1.5mm stein for making ultralight soft shackles and other splicey goodies but for guy lines i use spectra as its not as slippy at the PU coated dyneemas and takes a knot better. If using with dutchware i always go with spectra now as its tighter weave is more abraision resistant.

What you planning on using it for?

yea its basically the same as amsteel in a smaller diameter. I found it could slip a bit in wet n windy conditions. once the PU coting wears a bit though it gets better and is more grippy
