If it's a fake, it feels and looks very well made. My only doubts are some marking on the G10 on the hilt, and the slightly darkened bit at the end of the metal along the length of spine within the scales.

Mine has also turned up today, immaculate except the same "over grinding" marks on the base of the grips.

Compared it to my old one (bought when they first came out" and the grind marks are the only difference as the old one is perfect at the bottom of the grips.

Appears to be a bargain!

Official Spyderco factory seconds have a cut in the blade just above the Spydie hole though, which is why these are a bit odd.
