I am fat, old ladies always said I was sweet and some of my jokes are a bit "salty" ...and sometimes I feel bitter and whine a bit....is this all because of too much fat, sugar and salt in my diet washed down with birre and wine?
Nigella can patronise me anyday as long as she does the cooking and washing up when she comes to visit!
Ghandi had a "comune" in South Africa based on his ideas - it fell apart due to internal "differences" and he left to return to India ....
Like his diet - I find his ideas great in principle but not realy sustainable!

But hey dont forget Delia! Great food and a nice lady....

Not having a telly I have only seen Nigella once and never heard of the other but that was a very entertaining and well written link.
I found Nigella's pouting and flirting at the camera rather off putting, it was a bit like FHM, soft porn for middle aged folk that felt guilty about the top shelf. If I want a woman's advice on food I'll go for Pru Lieth of Elizabeth David.
