I'm sure others have seen Lidl's promos this week.
I got one of the wind up LED torches.
Its pretty light, the leaflet says 30mins for a 1 min wind. You can have it on 1 LED or 3 LEDs. It feels fairly sturdy. At £4.99 I thought it was worth it

top kit well worth the money!

one is kept in the car one at home, for actual bushcraft use they're fine, just a bit noisey every hour or so! ;)

Woolworth was selling similar for £4.99 also, great stuff, work well. Picked up a "shaker" torch as well, also very good

Picked up a "shaker" torch as well, also very good

why are they called "shaker", when you don't actually shake them?

beware of fake shake lights. Some "shake lights" are battery powered. On these fake shak lights the "shaking" section is just faked to charge you a higher price. Usually the coin cells are used and hidden behind the Led module.
