who can make this?

to be honest folks i never knew where to put this so here it goes:

its my uncles 50th this September and as i present i was looking for some-one to make him a leather presentation sleeve for a bottle of whiskey.

the idea would be of a leather cylinder ( dark tan ) with a oak tree, his name and his dob engraved on the front, i am also looking for a lid of some with a way of closing it securely.

is there any-one out there who can do this for me?

No disrespect to any other crafts people on here-many of which are indeed, very highly skilled and talented, it's just that I often get to see Erics work "in progress" as well the finished items first hand
