What to do.?

I've been advised a Company ( Polish ) is using some of my Photos to ( without my permission ) to sell a knife.
The photos are currently up on there website.

What to do?

Check they really are and if they are then email them asking them to either take them down or pay royalties to use them?

Hope it works out for you, it's a pain to deal with but usually a mixture of firm communication and threats of legal action sort the local stuff out. International infractions are more difficult I'm afraid.

I'm starting to add visual signatures to my work now. I don't like it, I think it spoils the pictures a bit, but it seems to be the best solution in the end.
