what size rucksack for a week?

I use a 70ltr pack for most adventures that are about a week long , If it is winter and I am carrying bigger sleeping bag more clothes ect then I strap my tent to the out side, in the summer if I am bringing a tent ( instead of tarp/bivi) then it goes inside the pack

I love my Berghaus Vulcan, but get the right back size!, and i can highly recommend Military-mart after the great customer service i have just recieved!!
