A nice sweaty lump of Roquefort, Danish Blue, Stilton... My grandad had an odd way of rewarding us as kids.

I can still see him scraping the fur off his jar of Stilton for a wee slice now :)

Bushcrafter (boy, I've got a lot to say!)
I like my cheeses mature enough to have their own mind, but not camping. A good stiltion is soft and crumbly and can smell a little flavoursome when warm. not good for a pack. A fat lump of chedder is more versitile and doesn't polute the porrage oats with its opinions. The small waxed green cheese lidl does is good as well, i can t remember what it is chedder with chive or something.
