I'm not sure I can narrow the choice down to one thing. I am currently happy with Firelighting, First Aid, Survival, weather forecasting and procuring fresh meat. But I would like the oportunity to learn a bit more about Plant ID, Shelter construction and indeed deepen my knowledge of some of the "Currently Happy" topics.

I suppose fire is what i know most about..but im not nessecarily any good at it! LOL
