I made these as a last minute present for the family. We usually do "pound shop" presents but this time i thought i would knock up some of these.
They are made from an off-cut of yew left over from a from a longbow. They are finished with tru-oil and each has the persons name and i marked the relevant growth ring for each persons year of birth. Only trouble was my nan is 81 and the growth rings only went upto 75, but everyone else was fine :)
Just to be used as tea/coffee coasters.

I made two walking staffs (staves?) for my walking buddies. One in Hazel with an antler top and the other, also hazel but with a top from Judas tree.

Sadly, didn't take any pics - must get some when we are out walking next.
