Western Scotland a few pics.

Hi folks,i was working on the west coast of Scotland last week and managed to take a few photos,so i thought you might like a look.

Looking back towards Campbelton/Macrahanish.

Further up the road,we have Gigha infront with Jura behind and to the left the hills on Islay.

And a closer one of Gigha with the paps of Jura behind.

Next we went over to work on Islay,Bruichladdich to be precise.

It was rather cold the first night,infact the sea was frozen half way over the lochindaal.The moon over the sea with the lights of Bowmore in the distance.

A view across the Lochindaal towards Bowmore,the cloud formation was amazing.

And finally a view of the paps on Jura taken from just out side of Bowmore.

No bushcraft unfortunately just work

Anyway the views made up for it though.

great photos Stuart spent a week on Jura in 96 with 7 days of blue sky and sunshine and just enough breeze to deter the midges but no freezing sea an amazing place

Top! Was out that way yesterday - the pics below were taken at Crinan Harbour and Ellanbeich; the weather was fantastic. I very much envied the guy in the kayak off Ellanbeich.

Hi Stoo,actually we did'nt make the distillery because we could'nt get out of the pub Oh we did manage to get a wee bit work done in between pints,i think .
