website with historic mapping ???

I've spent literally hours on various searches of BCUK and can't find it...

A little while ago someone posted a link to a site where you could select a location and then look at maps generated at various dates to see what had changed... and now I can't find the link

It was on a thread where someone out and about had found a large unidentified wall in a field which was subsequently found to be a rifle target butt..

anyone remember either the thread, or the link to the mapping website?

Much of a muchness, but try www.cassinimaps.co.uk. Depending upon how much you'd like to spend or how much detail you'd like to go into, you could spend upwards of £300 getting an Envirocheck report at landmark.co.uk.

Where's the Path offers some older (1930s) OS mapping.
