Otherwise, there are similar waterproof lined smocks available from the likes of arktis and other commercial companies. If you want a more traditional waterproof that has a similar (but not identical) cut to your dpm windproof, then maybe a 1990's issue DPM goretex could suit - they come up on ebay every now and then, and are identifiable from the newer style ones by having two 'bulgy' chest pockets closed by the big 'windproof' style buttons, and an enormous wire lined hood that doesn't fold away into the collar (unlike the newer style) + cut in a longer length.

On Ebay enter ' MVP PCS Lined' and you will see a few made by GS Workware. They are exact copies of the british army PCS jacket, available in camo and plain colours
