Hi Andy,

Bizarrely I was looking at the Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6 EX DC HSM about an hour ago. I’m trying to persuade myself to buy a D90 as I have for years, but with a new job I’m fortunate enough to have the cash now! How do you rate the sigma and did you get any of the Nikon kit lenses with you D90 – how do they perform? A lot of reviews don’t have great things to say about them, but I think they may be a bit OTT in their criticism.

Hi Andy .....

At first sorry for my bad English.
I think the Sigma is in this price range a very fine Lens. Maybe not the sharpest but ok.
My other Lens are the 17-55mm and a 55-200mm Kit Lens from my older Nikon D40X Kit. I'm always satisfied with this. When you look the pics on my Blog the most of these was made with the 17-55mm. Certainly I switch over next Time to the Nikon 16-85mm. The Zoom Range is more attractive for me.
