the top one is obviously some kind of herbivore, i'll have a wild stab in the dark at fallow deer.
the bottom one i assume is badger

Nothing's been flagged up as being correct so, I'm going to go out on a limb and guess at a 'cecal' rabbit pellet for the first.
Badger in the second.

I would like to explain my theory on the second, at the bottom is the dark rich poo of an omnivore, with the balance tipped towards a protein rich diet. the as you rise up the poo pile it lightens with the slow withdrawal of sugars and complex foods then you reach the top to find the poo with berries and head-overs in , well chewed to get every last bit of taste and goodness out.
