Nice walk. can almost see my house in pic no 12 looks like you made the most of the weather.

A couple of years ago we took all the Edale schoolkids up Win hill to watch the dambusters 65th anniversary flypast, amazing hearing the Lancaster roaring up that valley.

Thanks very much lads. You locals are very lucky to have that on your doorstep. I would be walking, running, or camping it every day if I lived there.

Its only my second time in the peaks, I'll definatly be back soon.

Robin, the roar of those engines is plain epic. I went to an airfield on the eastcoats and had the good fortune of hearing them fire up a lancaster, wow.
