This has been posted over on British Blades already but i thought it may be of interest to BCUK members as well.
It's made by a good friend of mine, DavidH on BB.

O1, brass and curly birch witha scandi ground blade.
The blade sticks out 65mm and the overall length is 172mm.

I think (hope) he will make a few, i watched this one as he developed it and thought it was pretty good but when i handled the completed knife last night i was blown away.
The walk and talk is just perfect, a lot of hand made folders can be a bit gritty or hard to open or not enough tension on the back spring etc. etc. but the action on this is as good as any quality production knife.

Lovely to see someone making a scandy folder. Sadly much too angular in the handle for my taste but the fit and finish look great.

Now whilst not as "pretty" I reckon that would be much more comfortable to use. I reckon thats a winner!

Aye that's the idea with the fuller handle, the first design was a folder with a scandi blade - this one has more of a folding fixed blade feel to it.
