Trouble connecting to Paypal site?

Is anyone else having trouble getting connected to the PP website? I've been trying all day today and it just won't connect to their site, nor will it time out. This is ni=ot a password or login issue, just a stubborn refusal to connect............I'm well used to having hassle from sites that might have to pay me some money, but have never had any trouble where I'm doing the paying!....................atb mac

Try clearing your cookies and cache, normally sorts it out
