Bought this a couple of years ago, never really used it, as I find it too large for my needs !
You could get a laptop, ringbinder files, etc in here comfortably, or use it as a shopping carry-all, when out on a bike.
The North Face logos in silver on the black fabric, which is heavy duty coated tarpaulin type, like HGV trailer curtain feel, and with cordura reinforcement patch on the base.
Loads of internal space, and many pockets, all inside the bag. Closure is a 3 sided double pull zip, with 2 fastex buckles for when quicker access is needed.
Asking £40, incl UK delivery, paypal preferred.
