This is a knife......

I was digging around in one of my kit boxes looking for something i need for going away next month and stumbled across this behemoth, seem to remember buying this sometime after watching the movie Crocodile Dundee, that's the first time it's been out of it's sheath in over 20 years I seriously had forgotten i even owned it, the only thing i can ever remember using it on was a sheet of paper to test how sharp it was just after i bought it

Cut throat razor sharp on the paper test I personally in my middle agedness think it is a wee bit excessive as these days my favourite knife has a 6cm blade, back when i bought it i clearly had a different perspective on what type of knife i needed and as i never used it on anything more than a sheet of paper i was clearly very wrong about my teenage knife needs

Sadly no makers marks on blade or the sheath but i had a google and totally see what you mean, very similar to several of the Gil Hibben knives that Google found me pictures of

I used to have one of those years back. They cost £39 about 12 years ago.

Can't remember what i paid for it, doubt it was too much as i was a teenager, did you put yours to good use?
