What are the 'toggles' on the hood Cliff?
I like the look of the hood mod and was thinking about doing something with the cuffs on mine.....
Got to say I love the jacket dyed mine brown and to be honest Ive been wearing it more that the sass smock.
Interstingly mine never had the shoulder straps like yours?

The toggles came from a sports trainer lace .
